It's easy software. It's just intuitive. I love BudgetsPro. [It’s] a great tool that lets you adapt, switch, make changes, and calculate. I also like how it includes capital items. It puts budgets into an intuitive step-by-step process, just like leasing or move-out.

I have used Yardi, One-Site, RealPage, and Entrata when I worked with different companies, but my favorite by far has been ResMan, no doubt about it.
